原因：无权限读取配置文件所致。但是我已经给我的文件夹赋予了足够的权限了，百思不得其解。后对比了另一个可访问的网站文件夹，发现少了一个用户组。
解决方法：给网站文件夹添加用户Authenticated Users的读写执行权限即可。
